- WEBINAR — March 25 from 12-2 pm (Pacific): Offshore wind and transmission infrastructure in northwestern California. This webinar will describe the current electric transmission system in northwestern California, and the upgrades that would be needed to support large-scale offshore wind development in the region. The presentation will focus primarily on transmission infrastructure in relation to possible wind farm development in the Humboldt Wind Energy Area, and will also include some discussion of the electric transmission system that serves Del Norte County.
